BEWARE: Strange blue streaks : Strathwood Brook Dining Armchair, Set of 2
I bought six of these chairs to match the table (which I love), but there's something weird about the material they're made of. They looked great when I first unwrapped them -- just like the photos -- but these strange blue horizontal streaks began to emerge on the slats after a few days. The worst one looks like someone took a blue magic marker and defaced the grain, all the way across the slat. It won't clean or rub off. Almost all of these chairs have the streaks to a greater or lesser degree, often on more than one slat. Has anyone else had this problem??
I have photos of this, but can't post them here. I'm now in the process of getting replacement chairs. I'll have to return the worst ones, which is a major undertaking because the carton is huge and there's tons of packaging. Oy.
